Kindergarten Enrollment Information

Welcome to the Rowland Unified School District! 

Kindergarten-Starting school is a very exciting time for children and their families.  We can’t wait to help your child learn and thrive in our Kindergarten classes.  Kindergarten classes are offered at all of Rowland Unified School District elementary and TK-8 schools.  Classes are full day, Monday through Friday, with specific schedules varying by school site.  Kindergarten classes are offered at no cost to you.  They are instrumental in preparing your child for their future.

Our goal is for every student to reach his or her developmental potential by building a strong academic foundation in a nurturing environment with parent involvement. Your child’s success is based on developing social and academic skills and the confidence that will help them succeed in Kindergarten and beyond.

For children who will turn five (5) years of age on or before September 1, 2024. If your child’s 5th birthday is on or before this date, you will have the opportunity to enroll him/her in Kindergarten. To enroll your child for the 2024-2025 school year, you will need to complete the online enrollment.  The 2024-2025 school year starts on August 12, 2024.
