Family Resource Center (FRC)

 

 

 

The Family Resource Center (FRC) was founded in 1996 on the belief that every student and family should be supported with dignity, compassion and the understanding to help eliminate barriers to school success. We offer a variety of no‐cost, low‐cost programs and services to children, youth, and families who reside in the communities served by the Rowland Unified School District.
