The Office of Special Projects/GATE/English Language Learners serves as a liaison between the California Department of Education and the Rowland Unified School District. The Director of Special Projects/GATE/ELL, along with staff, provides technical assistance to support in interpretation and implementation of state and federal categorical program requirements.
Our office provides services in the following areas:
