2025 OPEN ENROLLMENT

Open Enrollment is the time of the year to change your health insurance.  During this time, you can enroll, add/delete dependents, change your health plan, purchase/change life insurance coverage, set up FSA account etc.  

 

 

This year, we are moving from CalPERS medical benefits to ASCIP beginning January 1, 2026. We are offering three HMO plans and two PPO plans.  

 

 

1. Self-enroll at AFEnroll

2. In-person at the Health Fair at Nogales HS on Wednesday, October 1, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

3. Schedule an on-site appointment or a virtual appointment with American Fidelity.  Link to schedule
