California Teacher Induction Program - CTIP
RUSD is part of the Walnut Valley Teacher Induction Consortium that serves teachers in the Chino Valley Unified School District, Covina Valley Unified School District, South Whittier School District, East Whittier City School District, Whittier City School District, Whittier Union High School District, Walnut Valley School District, and Rowland Unified School District. This program provides guidance to teachers who need to clear their credentials by pairing each participating teacher with a mentor. Mentor Teachers will work with the new teachers providing both general and guided support to complete the induction process.
