Oswalt Academy Modular Classroom Demolition Project, Bid No. 2019/20: (R15-I)

A Mandatory Pre-Construction Conference will be conducted on Monday, February 3, 2020, at 9:00 A.M. Interested bidders are to meet in the parking lot at Stanley G. Oswalt Academy, 19501 Shadow Oak Drive, Walnut, CA 91789 and escorted onto campus for the Job Walk. Information regarding plans, specifications and bid documents are available on our district’s website at www.rowlandschools.org, and at the Job Walk.

Pre-Qualification is required for this project and the prequalification packet is available on our District's website as well as the bid documents at www.rowlandschools.org

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The District is requiring that all GENERAL contractors

holding an A, general engineering, or B, general building license and all electrical, mechanical or plumbing subcontractors must be pre-qualified by this District. The District’s prequalification package has been included in the bid document link for your use and detailed pre-qualification information and requirements for general and subcontractors.
