Our Guiding Principles
 
The Rowland Unified School District has a long history of success and student-centered programs and services. Our passionate and dedicated employees are committed to meeting the needs of our students and, in partnership with the broader school community, building the framework for continued improvements in access, equity and excellence for each and every student.
 
Our Guiding Principles is the culmination of a student-centered planning process that began with our students and included our staff, parents, community members and business partners coming together to align on shared goals to maximize the success of our students and our District. This collective effort provides a vision and a roadmap for our work as a District and represents our shared commitment to students so that together we fulfull our promise:
