How to submit a FRC Referral?

1. Submit by Email
Fill out a FRC Referral PDF Form and Email to FRC Office at [email protected]

Instructions: 

If you are submitting a referral online (FRC REFERRAL ONLINE FORM ), make sure to
  1. Click on the "Student and Family Support" option, then follow the steps. It will go directly to the FRC Email.
  2. You can also contact the FRC liaisons and give them a heads up that a referral has been sent.
