The Rowland Unified School District
If you want your child to attend another school within the Rowland District you must complete the required application form. The application forms will not be mailed to the homes. The forms may be picked up from any school in the district or from the Pupil Services Office at 1928 S. Nogales Street. If you want your children to continue attending their home school you do not need to fill out an open enrollment form.
January 5, 2009 - Applications available at all schools and
Pupil Services.
January 23, 2009 - Deadline for applications. Applications
must be received in Pupil Services by
4:00 p.m.
NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE
ACCEPTED.
March 20, 2009 - Parents will recieve notification by mail
April 24, 2009 - Parent must contact the
school of CHOICE in
person by this date or they forfeit their
choice application.
The application form contains all of the necessary information for those choosing open enrollment. One application per child must be completed.
Transportation: Parents will have to contact the Transportation Department.
Remember: Applications will not be mailed. Applications must be picked up. The deadline for all applications is Friday, January 23, 2009, by 4:00 p.m. in Pupils Services Office. Late applications or mailed applications received after the due date or time will not be accepted.
