Board Recognizes FCCLA Students Who Presented at National Conference and Brought Home Awards

Rowland High School Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA)  Students honored by Board of Education on September 10, 2026

The Rowland Unified School District Board of Education recognized the outstanding FCCLA students from Rowland High School who represented our district this summer at the 2026 FCCLA National Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. Competing among more than 10,000 students and educators from across the nation, our students earned an impressive collection of Gold and Silver honors.

The Board recognized the following students:

  • Joy Ho and Eugenia Lam – Silver in Nutrition and Wellness
  • Amberly Taylor – Silver in Personal Finance and Top 10 Nationally
  • Cayden Chen, Daniel Escobar, Kaden Cheng - Silver in Entrepreneurship
  • Stella Cellis and Aiden Dominguez – Silver in Professional Presentation
  • Wan Ling Lin and Sara Chor – Silver in Public Policy Advocate
  • Casey Sun – Silver in Event Management
  • Lillian Kuo – Gold in Focus on Children
  • Isabella Tran – Gold in Job Interview
  • Aiden Chintavuthipong – Gold in Interviewing Skills
  • Amaya Blue and Natalie Magnaye – Gold in Nutrition and Wellness
  • Yessenia Martinez, Doris Tseng, and Janie Zhou – Gold in Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation

In addition, FCCLA Advisor Mrs. Tracy Taylor was recognized for a huge award -- she was named as the 2025–2026 FCCLA Spirit of Advising and Outstanding Advisor Award recipient, an honor given to only one adviser per state.
