Rowland Unified Students Take Part in National Equitable Education Summit, March 4

How do we address racial and gender disparities in dress codes? How can we create safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ students at school? Students have the answers; are we listening? In partnership with Digital Promise, Rowland Unified is proud to participate in the third annual SEE Summit, which will bring together student leaders from around the country – including students from Nogales High School, Rowland High School and Santana High School – to design a social justice event featuring topics that matter to them.

Offered virtually and open to the public, the summit elevates student voice and vision to deliver authentic professional learning for the education community.
