On Wednesday, May 22, from 8:00-11:00, the Pioneer Living museum will be brought to Hollingworth. It is a hands-on museum that provides centers for students to experience life as a pioneer.  Some centers include laundry, shaving, bracelet-making, and panning for gold.  These activities are meaningful for students because they supplement the reading students completed in class as part of the fourth grade Social Studies curriculum.
