Rowland Heights Community Coordinating Council (RHCCC) monthly meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7pm at Pathfinder Park.
Tonight there will be a special presenter, Dr. Rick Shope, an outstanding science educator who is currently working with program development at the Youth Science Center, on opportunities for students pursuing an interest in STEM fields. STEM stands for Science Technology Engineering and Math, and there has been a push in the past 5 years or so to try to spur more interest in STEM careers in American youth.
