AUGUST 30th, 2023 NOTICE
As of October 2023,  all employees actively enrolled in direct deposit will be available to view their stubs online at https://districtbusinessportal.lacoe.edu/ . Direct Deposit stubs will no longer be mailed out effective October 2023.
If you would like to enroll in direct deposit, please contact your payroll clerk.
 
APRIL 1, 2026 NOTICE
As of April 13, 2026, all new paystubs will be available online at https://bestportal.lacoe.edu/ . Pay stubs issued prior to April 25, 2026, will remain accessible on https://districtbusinessportal.lacoe.edu/ for a period of 5 years.

METLIFE TO NBS

 

Part time employees retirement contributions (Alternative Social Security Plan) is managed by National Benefit Services (NBS) as of January 2019. As of March 2019, the funds from Metlife have rolled over to NBS.

CalPERS - SERVICE CREDIT PURCHASE INFORMATION
 
CalPERS members can log in to your account and request to purchase service credit. For additional information, please visit the CalPERS web page below.

CalPers members can log into myCalPERS. Go to the Retirement tab, select Service Credit Purchase followed by the Search for Purchase Options button. Once all required information has been completed, you can view the estimated cost for any available purchase options and submit your request for review. You must also complete the service credit request form below and submit to payroll.
