Register Now For Popular Summer Arts Academy and Summer Theatre Programs

UNIQUE SUMMER ARTS ACADEMY OFFERS DANCE, ART, MUSIC AND DRAMA TO ELEMENTARY STUDENTS JUNE 16 - JULY 3
 
WALNUT, CA – MAY 13, 2008 – If you have a child that loves to sing, dance, paint and perform, register in a hurry for the popular Summer Arts Academy held at Oswalt Academy from June 16 through July 3!  Children entering grades 2 – 6 can take part in this fun summer program that has singing, dancing, art and drama.  Classes are held Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. The cost is $180 per child and includes all art supplies and a special Summer Arts Academy T-Shirt. This year’s theme is “Conservation Counts!”
A special “Gallery Night” and performance is held on July 2 at 5 p.m. that showcases the artwork and talent of all students involved.

SUMMER THEATRE FOR STUDENTS GRADES 5-8 "SEUSSICAL JR."
 
WALNUT, CA – MAY 13, 2008 – Back again, by popular demand! Students who crave to be on the stage or have fun singing and dancing will love the Summer Theatre program held at Oswalt Academy June 13 – July 11. This year, students can participate in the musical, “Seussical Jr.,” under the direction of Laura Tovar. Children entering grades 5 – 8 can take part in this fun summer program held Monday through Friday, 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. The cost is $200 per child and includes tuition for four weeks of instruction, all costumes and props, a Summer Theatre T-Shirt and two free tickets to a performance!
“Seussical Jr.” performance dates are Wednesday, July 9 and Thursday, July 10 at 7 p.m. in Oswalt’s Cafeteria.
