ROWLAND HEIGHTS, CA – JUNE 19, 2014 – Rowland Adult & Community Education is now offering free English as a Second Language (ESL) and Citizenship courses to adult students this summer due to a grant received from the Majestic Reality Foundation in the City of Industry. “This is the second time we have received a grant from Majestic Realty and their support of $4,750 allows us to provide these important classes to our community at no cost,” said Rocky Bettar, Director of Rowland Adult and Community Education. There are two classes: Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Monday through Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. Classes end July 3.
