The following notice was received from the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk:
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the Rowland Unified School District that only two persons ( Heidi L. Gallegos and Judy Nieh) declared their candidacy for the offices to be filled for the 2 full terms that were scheduled for election on November 8, 2011.
Therefore, pursuant to Education Code Sections 5236 and 5328, the aforementioned District election will not be held, and the governing board shall seat the qualified persons at the organization meeting of the board.
