La Puente residents brings together skateboarders with Skate Connection

There's a special bond that skateboarders form through their mutual love for the sport.

Adam Clark Grijalva believes there's no reason that teens and kids with disabilities shouldn't have the same opportunities and experiences.

The 19-year-old Rowland Unified personal care assistant, was one of three skateboarders who began The Skate Connection to promote inclusion for those with disabilities.
