Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. And he's a member of the West Covina Rotary Club.
Eight-year-old Virginia Garcia clutched her fancy new boots as she pondered a pair of long, warm socks. The third-grader was just one of 173 students from Hollingworth Elementary in West Covina receiving a shiny, new pair of shoes for Christmas on Dec. 11.
