Modernization Efforts Facilities Vision Statement: The Governing Board of the Rowland Unified School District has a mandate from the community to modernize our facilities. We are accountable for results that demonstrate fiscal responsibility and strategic implementation that reflect our collective vision of excellence. Great Communities have great schools. Rowland Unified is committed to excellence and we thank the community for your support of Measure R 2000 and Measure R 2006 modernization efforts. Thanks to your support and the diligent efforts made to completing all prioritized modernization projects from Measure R 2000, a new $118 M Measure R Bond was passed in June 2006 to continue to modernize and improve Rowland Unified School District classrooms and schools.
