NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A CDE WAIVER OF EDUCATION CODE EC 35330 (B)(3), OUT OF STATE USE OF FUNDS AND TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE

The Governing Board of the Rowland Unified School District will hold a public hearing for a CDE Waiver of California Education Code Section 35330 to allow students to travel out of state.

The public hearing will be held at the Rowland Unified School District Office, 1830 S. Nogales Street, Rowland Heights, CA 91748 on June 13, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. The public is cordially invited to attend this meeting.

The proposed Waiver will be on file and available for public inspection should members of the public wish to review the Waiver prior to the public hearing, at the following locations: Rowland Unified School District Office, Educational Services, 1830 S. Nogales Street, Rowland Heights, CA 91748 from June 2, 2017 to June 13, 2017 during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
