Rowland offers preschool programs on all elementary campuses except Oswalt. The preschool program, as well as the District's before- and after-school child-care programs, is offered by Options Surround Care, a licensed program that supports many neighboring school districts.

Because our preschool is a District-sponsored program, the curriculum supports school readiness and helps students adapt to school experiences. Full-day and half-day programs are available. Enrollment priority is given to families with financial need who live in the immediate area and have a child who is 4 years old. For more information, call (626) 284-9935.
