This week, we celebrated Rowland High School artist Michelle Anne Liang as the Grand Prize Winner of the 2017 Congressional Art Competition! Michelle and her family were flown to Washington, D.C. to view her artwork “Ripple” being hung in the U.S. Capitol Building where it will be on display for the entire year. Michelle is incredibly talented and I wish her all the best as she begins her senior year of high school later this fall.
