  Rowland Unified is proud of our Dual Language Immersion Program where students can learn to read, write and speak in either English & Spanish or English & Chinese starting in Kindergarten. Our Spanish Dual Language Immersion program is offered at two campuses: Hurley Elementary and Rorimer Elementary. Our Mandarin Dual Language Immersion program and schoolwide enrichment program is offered at Shelyn Elementary.
