Welcome to the Personnel Commission.

Rowland enjoys a stable and loyal workforce. Because of the reputation of our schools, we have many alumni who come back to work for us after graduating from college. We provide a supportive, family-oriented environment. Because of this, employees refer family members and friends to apply for jobs. The District values past graduates and the community as part of our workforce.
