Rowland enjoys a stable and loyal workforce. Because of the reputation of our schools, we have many alumni who come back to work for us after graduating from college. PERSONNEL COMMISSION
The Personnel Commission is a personnel system in which merit and fitness govern each individual's selection, progress and retention in the classified (non-teaching) service for the school district.
The Personnel Commission at Rowland Unified School District is guided by a three member Personnel Commission established pursuant to the merit system provisions of the California Education Code. The following Personnel Commissioners currently serve on the Commission:
