2023-2024 School Year Enrollment NEW resident students to the Rowland Unified School District will need to complete the 2023-2024 Online Enrollment.

*Kindergarten Birthday Requirement: Children born between September 2, 2017 - September 1, 2018

  • DUAL LANGUAGE IMMERSION PROGRAMS:  Rowland Unified School District has Chinese and Spanish Dual Language Immersion Programs that begin in Kindergarten.   • COLLEGE AND CAREER FOCUSED: Rowland Unified School District has college-culture schools and educators that are committed to teaching rigorous academic programs.  Every student is prepared for success in college and the workforce.  Rowland USD is proud to offer at both Nogales and Rowland High Schools a wide array of Advanced Placement (AP) and Honor Classes, a prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, and Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID).  Our high schools offer the Career Pathways Program: technical education classes in one of six career pathways: Arts & Communications, Business, Family & Consumer Sciences, Health & Medical Services, Public & Human Services, and TechnologyOur students are accepted to attend the nation’s most prestigious colleges and universities and students earn more than $3 million dollars in scholarships annually.
  • THE ARTS: Rowland Unified School District has a strong commitment to the arts and are proud of our MUSIC FOR ALL program. EVERY elementary student in grades 1 through 6 is provided with music instruction during the school day: general music/choral instruction, strings or band each week. Our District's bands and orchestras have won numerous awards. The District has also built a new state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center where all of our schools perform.
