Description

 

The Rowland Unified School District began the 2020/2021 school year in the Virtual Classroom model -- a full distance learning setting -- and is currently in this instructional model until further notice. Students participate in classes all online with a teacher and group of classmates. Class are held at assigned times and require attendance and completion of assignments and assessments given by the teacher.

 

No In-Person Interactions

 

Students do not participate in any in-person instruction.

 

Expectations

 

Students enrolled in Virtual Classrooms have access to a device and regular access to reliable WiFi. The District has provided devices to all participating students and WiFi hotspots to most families in need.

 

Learning Platforms

 

Students use Google classroom, Seesaw, and Zoom, among other online learning tools.
