WHO: A Chinese delegation of “Distinguished Teachers” from
Nanjing, China, invited by California State University, Fullerton,
will visit Blandford Elementary in Rowland Heights on Friday. The
elementary school was chosen for its exemplary programs and outstanding
student achievement. Blandford Elementary is a 2007 Blue Ribbon School
Nominee. The 29 teachers from elementary and secondary schools will
meet with teachers and the school team to learn more about the school’s
success and the topic of No Child Left Behind. The delegation will also
receive a three-week training in educational leadership from Cal State
Fullerton.

Blandford Elementary is about focused teaching and learning.
