Rowland High School Aquatics Center Update (1/14/14): The Aquatics Center project has been moving along nicely and is currently on schedule. The small amount of rain that has occurred since the ground-breaking has had minimal impact. The following items are complete: Grading, Underground Utilities, Foundations/Footings for building walls, and Pool reinforcement. Currently, inspections and approvals are taking place in order to pour the bottom concrete of the pool, and place the “shotcrete” concrete for the side of the pool shortly thereafter. Soon, the concrete block walls will be starting to be erected.
