REGISTER NOW FOR SUMMER THEATER PROGRAM
“Aladdin Jr.” June 13 – July 8
WEST COVINA, CA – APRIL 19, 2011 – Lights, Camera, Enroll Now! If you have a child that loves to sing, dance, and perform, register now for the popular Summer Theater presented by the Rowland Unified School District. Children entering grades 5 – 8 become part of a musical theater production and perform in the musical, “Aladdin Jr.” under the direction of Music Director and 2011 BRAVO Award winner, Laura Tovar. The Music Center’s Bravo Award honors educators and schools throughout Los Angeles County for their commitment to delivering exemplary arts education in both visual and performing arts.
Classes are held Monday through Friday, 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. The cost is only $200 per child and includes four weeks of instruction, all costumes and props, a special Summer Theater T-Shirt and two free tickets to a performance!
This year it will be located at Hollingworth Elementary School, 3003 E. Hollingworth Street in West Covina.
“Aladdin Jr.” performance dates are Wednesday, July 6 and Thursday, July 7 at 7 p.m. in Hollingworth’s Cafeteria.
