April 22, 2021 Rowland Unified School District Board of Education Study Session 4:30 PM Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-25-20 on March 12, 2020, and Executive Order N-29-20 on March 17, 2020. Portions of these orders relax parts of the Brown Act.
