Awards and Achievements ü First K-8 school in the Rowland Unified School District for the 2007-2008 school year ü GATE students won second place in the annual Science Olympiad at California State University, Los Angeles in 2007 ü Began the candidacy process to become an International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program school in 2006 ü Won second place as a school in the annual Buckboard Days Parade in the Equestrian category ü Certified in 2003 as a "National PTA Parent Involvement School of Excellence." ü 1997 and 2005 California Distinguished School Programs Offered ü Focus on technology and the visual and performing arts ü MIND Music + Math program for our 2nd through 4th grade students.
