Healthy children learn better. The District offers a wide range of free and low-cost health services to support classroom learning. RUSD employs 13 school nurses, 18 health assistants, as well as pediatric nurse practitioners, who staff RUSD's Children's Clinic on the Northam Elementary campus. The District also operates a Family Resource Center and a Children’s Dental Clinic.
